Mark’s lectures are always humorous. Indeed, each time I have received a lecture from Mark, I feel that I’m going to get information and insight that I never had before in my life. He has taught me how to work with more compassion, openness, and  to fully understand my role with people who need to receive my assistance.

“I’m a 64-year-old African-American grandmother, fulfilling a 10-year-old dream, once lost but now awakens as a direct result of the Mr. Armiento’s school. During his classroom lectures he spoke to me about self –discovery through using gentle humor , allowing me not to take life so serious- in the search for “Waldo”. He would smile while looking deep into my eyes,  seeing my soul and replying: “ you’ll be introduced to the real Waldo soon”. Mr. Armiento has awakened my spirit, once deferred. Words cannot express endless joy that I have discovered in learning about me (a.k.a. “Waldo” ) "

9 steps

Nine Steps

Step 1: Awaken the Spirit that resides within you. We consist of much more than just our daily thoughts, beliefs, attitudes and feelings. This Spirit within us can be touched through silence, meditation and other transcendent activities like communing with nature and prayer. During these moments of silent transcendence it would be wise to notice one’s deeper aspirations which can eventually manifest in our lives in the form of meaningful non-coincidences. Step 2: An essential life lesson to learn is to offer our attention freely. We would benefit if we started thinking that wherever we go in life we need to bring our personal presence (i.e. care, concern, mindful attention, appreciation, compassion), leaving those we meet in a better place than when I first met them. Step 3: True and lasting happiness comes through experiences of fulfillment. We search all of our lives for happiness, living the delusion that it…
